eGamePlace Return/Refund Policy

eGameplace will make every effort, within our TOS, to resolve any technical issues that you encounter with the eGamePlace service. Subscribers can obtain customer support fromcustomercare@egameplace.com . Due to the nature of our service, eGamePlace is only able to issue refunds in cases of fraud or at the administration's discretion. Refunds are deliverable only via the payment method that was used. To apply for a refund, please contact us with a detailed explanation. A refund cannot be granted for the following reasons:

• Technical issues.
  See our Terms and Conditions of Service for complete details. If you find out  bug in the eGamePlace service, please send the bug report at customercare@egameplace.com and we will investigate right away.

• Automatically Processed Payments.
  When eGamePlace receives an Automatic Subscription Payment, we immediately provision additional access for that account.

Delivery Timing and Method

Upon submission of the related information, you will receive an email from eGamePlace letting you know that your account has been created. You can login into your eGamePlace account with the username and password that you have created during the sign up process.

Billing

• Trading of Disks.

You will be responsible to carry out the terms of your trade fully and promptly with each trading partner engaged through the eGamePlace service. In the event that a trading partner is unsatisfied with the trade, i.e., if you provide a damaged or unusable disk, that partner will have an opportunity to post a complaint about the trade, as shall you if you receive damaged materials or they are unduly delayed. eGamePlace will bear no liability for unsatisfactory trades, however.

Account Access

[In order to ease your access to your account, eGamePlace, LLC will place a cookie (a small text file) on any computer from which you access the eGamePlace site.] When you revisit the site, this cookie will identify you as the account holder and provide direct access to your account without requiring you to retype any password or other user identification. You will be responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password and to restrict access to your computer.
