Trading of Disks.

the trade, i.e., if you provide a damaged or unusable disk, that
partner will have an opportunity to post a complaint about the
trade, as shall you if you receive damaged materials or they are
unduly delayed. EGamePlace will bear no liability for unsatisfactory
trades, however.
Assumption of Risk
Your use of our site is at your own risk. We make no warranty of
the legality, efficacy or results of trades conducted via our site.
You must read the terms and conditions of any game license agreement
